Right now, we are in summer mode. And that means it’s hot and humid outside, but also beautiful!
During the summertime, I tend to keep the decorations in our home at a minimum. I like things to be light, airy, and simple.
Afterall, the focus of summer isn’t on the interiors of our homes. The focus is on the outdoors and the natural elements around us.
The beautiful gardens, lush trees, and gorgeous sunsets are all key parts of summertime.
One of my favorite ways to change up the decor in my home is to use printable art. It’s a quick and easy way to add something new into a room.
Printable art is also a great way to bring in elements the current season without spending lots of money on seasonal decorations.
I really wanted a way to incorporate the bright florals and greenery that you see during the summer into my home decor. So I decided to create some simple art printables.
I’m a sucker for greenery and flowers. Bringing florals and natural elements into a space is one of my favorite ways to add life to a home.
But, we all know that I don’t have the best track record with plants. I pretty much have a black thumb. So I tend to stick to the faux plants — and also pictures of plants.
For this printable art set, I decided to go with a simple watercolor floral look.
I, of course, had to incorporate a eucalyptus sprig because it’s obviously the best greenery ????.
But I also included some gorgeous pink flowers to make everything feel a little more summery.

To display these printables in your home, first, you will need to print them out. I recommend printing on a thicker paper like white cardstock. But honestly, regular printer paper works perfectly fine too.
Once you’ve got everything printed out, you just need to find a frame.
For a more high-end look, find a frame with some white space or larger mat around the printable. This will make it look like a custom framed piece of art. No one will know that you printed it off your computer for free!
Are you enjoying summer so far? I am just trying my best to savor as much as I can of the beautiful weather. I hope you have a great week!
This kind of minimalist art is what I just need in our kitchen! Oh my I want them all! I want to put some of those in the kitchen because I think it perfectly matches the vibe of the cool breeze that resonates in the kitchen every afternoon. Thanks for sharing them, Christene. Cheers to you! 🙂
